missingWrote a review on 19 Deccomfortable bedlack of housekeepingunclean surfaces
Comfortable bed and nicely appointed furnishings.
During my stay, the lack of housekeeping was particularly disappointing. I expected at least a minimal level of daily service, such as towel changes or general tidying, but none occurred over my four-night visit. Additionally, the overall cleaning standards did not meet my expectations, as dusty surfaces and an unclean shower drain detracted from my experience.

The vibrant hotel felt like a mini Bali retreat in the heart of Tokyo, and the local dining scene was a culinary goldmine. Yakiniku Masuo just around the corner totally rocked my food cravings.
The physical key policy felt a bit outdated and the massage chair targeted a specific height, which was limiting. Plus, the shower cleanliness didn't match the lovely bathtub experience, but it still had its charm.

The stay was enjoyable due to the luxurious bathroom stocked with high-end cosmetics and the fantastic jacuzzi tub. The bed felt like a cloud with plush linens. Also, there was a great selection of free snacks and drinks in the lobby, making it convenient to grab something quick anytime. However, the lack of housekeeping was frustrating. I expected daily cleaning service, but no staff came in during my four-night stay. It felt like a missed opportunity for better service.
